After becoming a little bored with the local coffee selection, I decided to dust off my coffee roasting skills. In the early 90's, I worked as a Roaster at Old City Coffee Inc. Old City is a Philadelphia Coffee Institution. We would often receive coffee samples in quarter to half pound increments. We would use a hot air popcorn popper to micro roast the samples. Needless to say, my coffee is delicious.
Next is creating a Coffee Liqueur… it is fermenting at this very moment.
